JEFFERSON QUAD

Located in Harrison Township was purchased in July of 2021 using conventional financing. At the time, rents collected were approximately $1,200 per month. After our value add strategies were implemented, the units fully leased at $3,140 per month. We decided to take advantage of the changing market conditions and exit this property at the end of 2022 and collect a 20% return on our investment.

Our goal for 2022 is to purchase 100 units by the end of the year. We will use our network of brokers as well as direct to seller marketing to acquire these assets.
